Electrical Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

  • Deliver high-quality electrical maintenance services across residential and commercial properties, including fault diagnosis, repair, and upgrade works.
  • Perform periodic inspections and tests to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Carry out partial and full rewiring projects where necessary, ensuring minimal disruption to customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in both domestic and commercial electrical systems, be passionate about quality work and excellent service delivery. They must also be able to manage tasks independently, while maintaining clear communication with supervisors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Delivering high-quality electrical maintenance services to residential and commercial properties.
  2. Performing periodic inspections and tests to ensure compliance with RECI and national regulations.
  3. Completing electrical certification and ensuring all work is up to standard.
  4. Carrying out partial and full rewiring projects as required.
  5. Responding to emergency callouts and reactive repair requests.
  6. Working independently or as part of a small team to complete repairs and installations to a consistently high standard.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified Electrician status, with registration.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years' post-apprenticeship experience in electrical maintenance.
  • Accredited Electrical Qualified Certifier (QC) status.
  • Proven experience with periodic inspections, reactive maintenance, rewires, and fault finding.
  • Knowledge of building systems and general construction practices.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently, while maintaining clear communication with supervisors and clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering safe, compliant, and long-lasting solutions.
  • Professional appearance, punctuality, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
  • Safe Pass (preferred).
