Responsibilities:- Assist in delivering high-standard holistic care to residents, promoting equality and dignity.
- Carry out assigned tasks involving direct care and activities of daily living.
- Respect residents' privacy and promote their independence.
- Provide particular attention to residents with limited mobility.
- Understand and observe care plans; alert nurses to changes in residents' physical or mental state.
- Report incidents that may compromise health and safety.
- Maintain a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Communicate effectively with residents and their relatives.
- Minimum QQI Level 5 Award – Healthcare or equivalent.
- Elder care experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent personal care abilities.
