We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Glasnevin, Co. Dublin. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism to live independently and reach their full potential.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality support to individuals with autism. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-to-one support to individuals with autism
  • Assisting with daily living activities and routines
  • Encouraging individuals to engage in their community
  • Supporting individuals to learn new skills
  • Helping individuals understand their rights and make their own decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Awareness of Key Worker/Support Worker Role and philosophy surrounding support to people with complex needs
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills
