Job Overview
This role focuses on delivering PMO coordination for IT and Cybersecurity projects, working closely with the Programme Management Office to ensure effective governance and monitoring.
The Enterprise IT PMO team is responsible for supporting the delivery of IT projects across various business functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative support including programme and project manager onboarding, training management, and compliance activities.
- System administration of PMO tools such as Planview and Jira.
- Portfolio demand and delivery reporting using data visualization tools like Tableau/QlikView/PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Status and compliance reporting for PMO and portfolio management.
- Resource and capacity planning across IT PMO programmes.
- Ad-hoc reports and compliance follow-ups as needed.
- Manage enhancement requests for changes to systems and processes.
- Contribute to portfolio improvement initiatives as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in business or information technology, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in project or PMO coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a large-scale global organization.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Financial and numerical skills.
- Project management qualifications are an advantage.
