This role involves working with engineering leaders to deliver business objectives, assisting in the development of world-class manufacturing practices within a production cell, and leading technical improvements under the company's Continuous Improvement Program (CIP). The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and influencing skills, and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced technical and engineering support to the manufacturing cell
• Work with engineering leaders to deliver business objectives
• Assist in the development of world-class manufacturing practices within a production cell

Requirements:
• Level 8 Degree in an Engineering discipline
• 2 years' plus experience in a manufacturing environment
