The successful candidate will oversee the effective management of all outlets, ensuring implementation and adherence to defined standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a welcoming environment that fosters pleasant interactions between guests and team members.
- Be actively involved in daily operations, ensuring preparation for all services and allocation of work sections.
- Evaluate good communication within the department and across the hotel.
- Liaise regularly with the kitchen and front office team to maintain structured and organized departmental leadership.
- Implement and monitor legal standards, fire safety, hygiene, security, and licensing legislation.
- Ensure purchase procedures for supplies and products are proper quantity and quality.
- Effectively implement SOPs and procedures within the team, conducting regular checks with team members.
- Educate teams on collaboration, multi-tasking, and providing support for each other.
- Liaise with external beverage stock-takers monthly, investigate discrepancies, and report findings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience running all hotel departments.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage effectively.
