Senior Project Manager

Type: FTE

Salary Range: €90,000 - €100,000

Location: Blessington, Wicklow

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of project delivery, ensuring successful implementation of noise reduction solutions for large-scale data centre construction and infrastructure projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic organisation at the forefront of data centre development, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing high-value projects end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Act as a key liaison between clients, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Oversee procurement activities, contract negotiations, and vendor performance to ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management, including KPIs, budget tracking, progress reports, and performance assessments.
  • Monitor project outcomes, analyse performance indicators, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies and mitigation plans.
  • Promote continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' proven experience in managing industrial or data centre projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of data centre infrastructure (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of construction contracts.
  • Degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline (preferred).
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working on hyperscale or colocation data centre projects.
  • Knowledge of sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency practices.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
