This role will involve providing administrative support to the Occupational Health Department, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Occupational Health Team
  • Managing patient records and maintaining confidentiality
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings with staff and patients
  • Preparing and maintaining reports and statistics

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' administration experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience of working in a hospital environment is essential for this role.
