Key Responsibilities- Design and implement customized funding strategies
- Analyze repayment capacity and industry trends to understand customer needs
- Deliver outstanding service across all customer channels
- Engage with the local business community and represent our organization
- Effectively manage credit and operational risk
- Minimum 5 years of experience in credit assessment, financial modeling, and cash flow lending
- Strong understanding of the lending process and loan performance analysis
- Ability to learn quickly and utilize various systems for data analysis
- Excellent analytical and creative thinking skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a motivated team
