Job Description:

The Operations Shift Lead is a leadership role responsible for overseeing shift operations across production, dispatch, and stores. This position offers the opportunity to lead, manage, and optimize shift operations in a 24/7 production facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all shift operations, ensuring production targets are met while optimizing efficiency and minimizing waste.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of employees, upholding quality, health & safety, and food safety standards.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives, managing shift reporting, staffing, and performance issues.
  • Ensure effective communication between teams and shift handovers.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require strong leadership and management skills, with experience in a similar field. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
