The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a flexible approach to supporting various client success initiatives and campaigns.

  • Client Support: Collaborate with the Client Success Manager to develop client plans and maintain effective communication, ensuring timely responses to assigned client inquiries.
  • Account Management: Assist the Client Success Manager in launching new client onboarding, maintaining accurate client records on the CRM, and preparing account updates for regular internal meetings and client discussions.
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive client relationships by understanding their needs and aligning them with relevant company solutions, in support of the Client Success Manager.
  • Project Coordination: Approach tasks with a project mindset, as we often utilize a project framework for our annual and quarterly planning, to ensure timely completion of client deliverables.
  • Reporting: Compile and present key client metrics, preparing reports to share insights with the Client Success Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify potential challenges, offering proactive solutions to address client concerns.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and refinement of workflows to enhance the client experience.
