
Campus Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a Mid-Senior level position within our Human Resources team. As a key member of this team, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality candidate experiences across graduate recruitment and student programmes.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role that requires excellent people skills, ability to engage students, and strong relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders. You will lead end-to-end coordination of graduate recruitment and student programme processes, manage high volumes of candidate screening, interview scheduling, and communications, and draft and issue contracts.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Approximately 4+ years' administrative experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented with willingness to receive full training and integrate into the team.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
