Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Schedule Management: Lead and manage the project schedule for the EPCM scope, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  2. Subcontractor Interface Management: Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, ensuring smooth workflows and compliance with project milestones.
  3. Project Controls: Establish and maintain an earned value progress reporting system, supporting wider project controls, including tender and contract milestone management and extension-of-time evaluations.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team of planners, contributing to the success of the project.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical construction projects.
  • A degree in engineering, technical discipline, or similar.
  • Strong technical knowledge, with proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering deliverables and drawings.
  • Proven proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and the MS Office Suite.
