Contract Manager Position

The role of Contract Manager is responsible for contract lifecycle management, ensuring seamless execution and administration of contracts. This position supports cross-functional teams, including Sales, Renewals, and Legal.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing, negotiating, and amending contractual agreements to align with business standards.
  • Participating in contract negotiations with customers, collaborating with internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve contract renewal practices.
  • Contributing to special projects and team initiatives.

Requirements for success in this position include:

  • Prior experience with contract review, drafting, and negotiation, preferably in a software industry or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment.
  • Capacity to adapt to changing conditions and priorities.
  • Proven ability to interact with various levels of the organization, including executive management.

Education/Certification: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or contracting is required. Additional language skills are a plus but not necessary.
