About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and driven individual with a passion for sales, customer engagement, and business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys both lead generation and customer relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development (60%): Identify and generate new business leads through proactive outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
  • Build a strong pipeline of potential clients by gathering key business insights and decision-maker contacts.
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team to present tailored solutions.
  • Create awareness of our products and services through targeted marketing initiatives.

Key Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years' experience in lead generation, sales support, or customer relationship management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and engaging approach.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience using social media platforms for business development.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, results-driven mindset with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
