Capital Markets Audit Leadership Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Audit Manager to join our Capital Markets team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing audit clients in the Capital Markets space and developing a portfolio of Financial Services clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing a portfolio of FS clients
- Assisting partners and directors in business development activities
- Controlling the financial aspects of a client portfolio, including budgeting, negotiating, billing, and recovery
Success in this role is based on taking ownership and developing relationships with clients. Cross-team communication and collaboration are highly valued.
Long-term progression opportunities are available, with promotion usually taking place every 2 years or sooner depending on a particular business case. There is every opportunity for the right person to progress to Director and above if that is their ambition.
Our organisation promotes work-life balance with various wellness initiatives in place. However, you can expect to be busier than normal from January to April.
Remuneration will be competitive, along with bonus and other benefits. Sign-off is there, and the team is actively recruiting. You can expect an offer within a few days of the meeting.
To be able to do this job, you will need:
- A qualified Accountant qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CA SA)
- Previous experience in a formal management role
- Thorough knowledge of the capital markets/structured finance space
