Governance and Risk Advisor: We are seeking a seasoned professional to provide expert advice on governance and risk management to ensure the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive governance and risk management framework aligned with DORA, NIS2, and NIST CSF 2.0 standards.
  • Establish and enforce policies, standards, and procedures that reflect regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate governance and risk management into overall business strategy and operations.
Risk Assessment:
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize cybersecurity risks in accordance with DORA and NIS2 requirements.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans to address identified vulnerabilities.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management initiatives and controls.
Employee Education:
  • Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity regulations, policies, and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of compliance and security awareness across the organization.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with IT, legal, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to cybersecurity governance and compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to cybersecurity regulations and compliance.

This role is based in Dublin with hybrid working arrangements, but you need to be close to the office and willing to travel to client sites as required.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
