Key Responsibilities

Our team is responsible for ensuring a high standard of protection for all final energy customers.

We enforce compliance with our specifications, as outlined in the Specification of Standards of Performance in Natural Gas Supply Licence (CRU/2022991).

To give effect to our decision, we must modify the Natural Gas Supply Licences.

Any representations or objections regarding these modifications are welcome and will be considered.

  • Investigate and address instances of improper conduct by licensees
  • Enforce compliance with our standards of performance
  • Modify Natural Gas Supply Licences as necessary
