Manufacturing Excellence Engineer

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to excel in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
You will be responsible for driving process improvements and delivering business objectives through the application of engineering principles focused on quality, service, and cost.
- Develop and implement effective process improvements using Six-Sigma tools to drive efficiency and quality.
- Provide technical leadership on all product and process issues, and lead line performance monitoring including performance management.
- Collaborate with Engineering leaders to deliver business objectives and ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Lead technical improvements under the business's Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) and conduct process validation for products and processes.
- Degree in Engineering.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills, process improvement orientation, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent presentation and written / verbal communication skills.
- Proven leadership ability to negotiate and influence others.
