Job Title: Night Shift Operator

About the Role

The night shift operator is a critical member of our front-line team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our shop during overnight hours. As a night shift operator, you will be working independently to maintain a safe and clean environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating the shop in line with company policy throughout the night as per shop checklist.
  • Ensuring all perimeter alarms are activated.
  • Ensuring the site building is secure throughout the night.
  • Keeping the shop area clean, tidy, and safe.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensuring accurate price labelling of products.
  • Stock rotation and shelf stacking.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (although not essential).
  • A can-do attitude with strong communication skills and a passion for interacting with customers.
  • The ability to work well with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment.
  • An enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
