Your Impact:

You'll think strategically and operate tactically, managing the delivery roadmap of software engineering teams developing platform APIs supporting in-car experiences.

You'll collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to drive progress and advocate for desired outcomes.

The Senior Technical Program Manager is responsible for organizing insights into developed technologies, building cross-functional relationships through communication and collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate relationships across teams to drive progress, influence negotiations, and advocate for desired outcomes.

Become a subject matter expert in software engineering, serving as a direct point of contact for project and team discussions.

Facilitate requirement development, considering technical capabilities, limitations, and interdependencies.

Drive execution and delivery of high-profile projects from start to finish or manage midsize to large engineering teams.

Define and execute a communication plan for complex projects and programs.

Contribute to developing a team roadmap, maintaining it in line with priorities defined by product.

Assist teams in backlog maintenance, prioritization, and planning.

Facilitate creation and prioritization of project-level features and backlogs.

Evaluate processes and seek improvements at every iteration.

Lead planning, refinement, and release ceremonies.

Adapt to changing conditions and modify project execution plans.

Identify blockers and facilitate their removal.

Highlight and resolve risks and issues, communicating those risks to stakeholders.

Maintain stakeholders informed of day-to-day project statuses and updates.
