Senior Software Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Architect to join our growing development team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and leadership skills to help shape the future of our software solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of complex software systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our software meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and efficient software systems using Java, Kotlin, and/or Scala.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensure timely delivery, and resolve technical issues.
  • Mentor junior developers, share knowledge, and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in hands-on software development, with expertise in Java, Kotlin, and/or Scala.
  • Strong exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems like Jira and Git.
  • Ability to lead projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate technical ideas effectively.
