Pension Contributions Administrator

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Pension Contributions Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our pension scheme administration group, you will play a vital role in ensuring that pension scheme contributions are uploaded accurately and correctly reconciled.

You will be responsible for ensuring all required actions and controls around the contribution upload process are consistently adhered to. This includes chasing outstanding requirements to facilitate the contribution upload process and advising scheme contacts when contributions have been applied and requesting any outstanding information.

Responsibilities:
  • Upload pension scheme contributions accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconcile contributions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Chase outstanding requirements from scheme contacts to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with scheme contacts to resolve any issues or queries.
Requirements:
  • A Third Level Qualification is essential.
  • Strong numerical ability is also essential.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel & Word is required.
