The Job

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your team to deliver outstanding results. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales growth, manage costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage stock levels, visual merchandising, and store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably in a management or assistant management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
