Retail Stock Transport Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organized Retail Stock Transport Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our stock management process, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate transportation of stock counters to and from each shift within your region.

Responsibilities

  • Transport stock counters to and from each shift in a safe and efficient manner
  • Ensure stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner
  • Oversee the transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region
  • Notify count teams of pick-up points and timings for each shift
  • Escalate any issues with the vehicle in a timely and efficient manner
  • Complete a team attendance sheet detailing the stock counters expected on the bus, who attended and the arrival time of the bus on site

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a Full Driving License, be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, and have good communication skills. Additionally, you must be able to work long shifts where required on large counts and have a 'can do' attitude.
