Stock Counter Job Description

As a stock counter, you will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner. This role involves working on different retail customer sites and stores with varying travel requirements. In some cases, free transport may be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To count stock efficiently and effectively using the latest technology.
  • To work on-site at various retail locations with minimal supervision.
  • To maintain a high level of accuracy in stock counting.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • Able to work unsociable hours including early mornings and nights when required.
  • A 'can do' attitude with ability to work long shifts on large counts.
  • Quick learning skills due to rapidly changing technology environment.
  • Experience in handling stock is an advantage but not necessary.
