Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Education and Cultural Development Specialist to deliver and implement heritage in education policy across national curricula at all levels. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to drive the development of heritage skills in Ireland.


Main Responsibilities
  • To deliver and implement heritage in education policy across national curricula at all levels, ensuring that educational institutions align with national objectives.
  • To develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, teachers, and educational institutions.
  • To collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver training programs that enhance heritage skills in Ireland.
  • To contribute to the growth and development of the heritage skills landscape in Ireland.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in education, teaching, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in delivering education and training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of heritage in education policy and its implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
