Job Description:
The Dealing Operations Supervisor will lead a dedicated team in the Transfer Agency Department, providing high-touch client service to a range of Northern Trust's Transfer Agency clients. The team provides fund administration services to numerous Fund Management companies, covering full shareholder servicing functions including Dealing, Registration, Finance, and Investor Services Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Escalation point within the team for unresolved issues and queries.
- Oversight of processing quality and timeliness in all Transfer Agency Dealing locations.
- Participation in weekly oversight calls with the back office location and documentation of challenges.
- Monitoring dashboards and deliverable management sheets to ensure reporting is issued within agreed timeframes.
- Ensuring Key Performance Indicators are achieved to minimize losses.
Requirements:
- Previous Fund Administration experience.
- People management/supervisory experience.
- Previous client-facing experience.
- Proven planning and organization skills.
- In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills.
