We are currently seeking a highly skilled Capital Reporting Assistant Manager to join our team. This role will involve preparing accurate capital adequacy internal management information and regulatory returns.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare capital adequacy internal management information and regulatory returns accurately and on time.
  2. Ensure all returns conform to the requirements of the Central Bank, Board of Directors, and Senior Management.
  3. Maintain and build a thorough knowledge of regulatory reporting standards and developments.
  4. Support the Regulatory Change Manager by contributing to automation activities.

Candidate Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.) and/or other relevant Financial Management qualification.
  • Solid previous experience in capital reporting.
  • Good technical and business understanding of CRR/CRD, local regulatory guidance, and capital aspects of regulatory reporting.
