Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Back Office Specialist to join our team in Bangkok. As a key member of our treasury operations, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and supporting end-to-end fund flow solutions between internal teams and global banking partners.

In this role, you will analyze the cost of sending and receiving funds (domestic and cross-border), work with banks to optimize pricing and efficiency, and coordinate with banks worldwide to proactively manage operational issues and resolve daily queries in a timely manner.

You will also collaborate with Legal, Corporate Governance, Tax, FP&A, and Accounting teams to ensure treasury solutions are aligned with compliance, risk, and operational requirements.

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and global banking partners to design, implement and support end-to-end fund flow solutions
  • Understand and clearly communicate account structures and fund flows in multiple markets
  • Analyze the cost of sending and receiving funds (domestic and cross-border)
  • Coordinate with banks worldwide to proactively manage operational issues and resolve daily queries in a timely manner
Required Skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in treasury, banking or finance-related roles
  • Foundational understanding of treasury operations, including host-to-host connectivity, cash pooling, cash segregation, account opening processes, KYC/AML requirements and in-house bank structures
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to document, maintain and update processes, procedures and policies clearly
  • A strong sense of ownership, accountability and problem-solving ability; able to prioritize and execute tasks independently under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze financial data and present insights to stakeholders at various levels

About This Role

This is a junior-to-mid-level, individual contributor role well-suited for candidates with a few years of experience in treasury, banking or finance.
