Job Title: Insurance Broker

This role is a fully office-based position, offering a dynamic and supportive work environment. You will be working face-to-face with customers who visit the office, as well as handling calls and enquiries from existing and new clients.

You will be assisting individuals with new quotes, policy changes, MTAs, and queries about renewals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert advice to clients on car, home, and commercial vehicle policies
  • Managing new business quotes, payments, and customer inquiries (phone and walk-in)
  • Working collaboratively within a high-performing team in-office
  • Engaging with both new and existing clients (renewals and MTAs)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in an insurance role (broker or insurer)
  • Pursuing APA qualification through the Insurance Institute
  • A background in sales and genuine interest in helping people
  • Comfortable working as part of a team and happy to meet customers face-to-face
