Infrastructure Development Specialist

Civil Engineers play a vital part in our team, contributing to landmark projects and shaping professional careers.

The successful candidate will join an established team with strong leadership and mentoring abilities to work on a range of projects, including water infrastructure development and urban regeneration.

Key responsibilities include scoping surveys, preparing design solutions, and liaising with design teams, contractors, clients, and external consultants.

The ideal candidate will possess an engineering qualification, preferably a degree in Civil Engineering, with 2-5 years of experience working within civil design and AutoCAD.

Strong communication skills, collaboration, and time management are essential for success in this role.

  • Preparing conceptual, schematic, and detailed design solutions for watermains and water booster pumping stations projects
  • Liaising and coordinating with other design team members
  • Attending design team meetings and client liaison meetings as appropriate
  • Preparation of drawing lists, programs, and specifications using Microsoft Office software

Requirements:

  • Engineering qualification, preferably a degree in Civil Engineering
  • 2-5 years of experience working within civil design and AutoCAD
  • Experience with specialist software such as Arc GIS, Map Info, Civil 3D, or familiarity with NEC contracts
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate well within a multidisciplinary team
