Job Title: Senior Water Infrastructure Expert

Description:

As a Senior Water Infrastructure Expert, you will lead a team of engineers and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the water industry. Your key responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of projects, delivering to agreed time, cost & quality requirements, and ensuring effective risk mitigation for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse range of water infrastructure projects, from feasibility studies to detailed designs and construction project management.
  • Supervise and direct project team members, ensuring the availability of suitably skilled resources and promoting collaboration within multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Make informed decisions with authority, recognizing and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Drive exceptional leadership, health, safety, and environmental management practices across all projects.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Chartered Engineer status or near chartership.
  • Proven experience in leading full-cycle project delivery, from inception to completion.
  • Technical expertise in reviewing drawings and calculations, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in and/or managing elements of multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Contract preparation and administration skills using NEC and/or FIDIC forms of contract.
