This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Healthcare Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing correspondence, documents, and reports, as well as managing filing systems and databases. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare correspondence, documents, and reports from digital dictation
- Manage filing systems and databases with high accuracy
- Liaise with experts and counsel, arranging meetings and consultations as needed
- Assist with expense claims and billing preparation
- Maintain strict deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Clinical Secretary or similar role
- Strong dictation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional telephone manner and effective communication skills
