This role offers a Full-time, Permanent contract. The successful candidate would be required to work 37.5 hours per week.


Shifts are scheduled on a rotating basis and typically include:

  • 7:30am - 3:30pm
  • 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • 12:00pm - 8:00pm


You will generally work 1-2 early shifts and 1 late shift (12pm-8pm) per week.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting and enjoys being a key part of a collaborative team. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service to our patients, ensuring each visit runs smoothly from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm radiology appointments
  • Welcome patients and provide a professional first point of contact
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails
  • Maintain and update patient records with precision
  • Liaise with clinical and support staff to coordinate patient care.
  • Deliver an excellent standard of customer service at all times

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, ideally within healthcare
