Job Title: Assistant Leisure Centre Manager
About the Role:This is a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. As an Assistant Leisure Centre Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance and fostering a strong culture of teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Leisure Centre Manager in their absence and oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe and effective working environment.
- Contribute to employee training and development, employee engagement, and HR issues.
- Liaise with management regarding operational matters.
- Drive sales and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
- Familiarity with invoice systems.
- At least 6 months of prior experience as a Leisure Centre Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Full qualification and certification in Gym Instruction.
- Current certification in Lifeguarding.
- Ongoing certification in Occupational First Aid.
- Certification in Pool Plant Room Operation (desired but not essential).
- Registration with REPs Ireland.
