
Financial Record Specialist Opportunity

This role involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, handling petty cash and processing payments, preparing and recording bank lodgements, posting journals and updating financial systems, supporting audits and petty cash inspections, and providing ad-hoc reports and analysis as required.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths & English (or equivalent), at least 1 year's experience in a finance office, strong reconciliation experience, proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:The key responsibilities of this role include accounts receivable, handling petty cash and process payments, prepare and record bank lodgements, post journals and update financial systems, support audits and petty cash inspections, process direct debit and card payments, and provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as required.
