Your Role

You will serve as the primary liaison with the third-party payroll provider, overseeing the smooth running of all payrolls. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting HROPs in delivering data for payroll outsourcing providers as required
  • Producing payroll-related metrics and dashboards
  • Documenting and implementing all payroll processes and procedures

Key Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience processing large payrolls
  • Benefits administration expertise
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
