Key Accountabilities:
- Process payroll for all staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare payroll files, salary control accounts, and year-end financial audit controls, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Manage electronic fund transfers, verify invoice payments, and maintain accurate budget sheets.
- Assist the Director of Finance with administrative tasks, including diary management and report preparation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 years' experience working with SAGE Payroll (Micropay Professional) system.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
