About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Payroll Administrator to join our team in Dublin City Centre. As a key member of the Finance department, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing administrative support to the Director of Finance.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Process payroll for all staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Prepare payroll files, salary control accounts, and year-end financial audit controls, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  3. Manage electronic fund transfers, verify invoice payments, and maintain accurate budget sheets.
  4. Assist the Director of Finance with administrative tasks, including diary management and report preparation.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5 years' experience working with SAGE Payroll (Micropay Professional) system.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
