About This Role

We're seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our end-to-end recruitment process. This role involves sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for general operative and technical positions.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a keen eye for detail. They should also be proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition Partner in delivering effective recruitment solutions for general operative and technical roles.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist with recruitment reporting and analytics.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates, ensuring a professional and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with onboarding activities, working closely with the People team to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Contribute to talent pipeline development by proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by promoting our values and culture in all candidate interactions.
  • Stay informed of recruitment best practices and industry trends, particularly in logistics, automotive, and technology.
  • Ensure equality and GDPR legal compliance in all recruitment activities.
