Senior Analytical Scientist

This role involves complex laboratory analysis of pharmaceutical products using LCMS instrumentation. The incumbent will analyze data, record results, and ensure scientific conduct.
This position typically acts as a project lead on multiple projects, interfacing with clients, reviewing data, writing reports and protocols, and communicating with senior team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Independently performs method validations, method transfers, and analytical testing of pharmaceutical compounds in various formulations.
- Designs and completes experiments with minimal supervision.
- Prepares study protocols, project status reports, final study reports, and other technical documents.
- Communicates data and technical issues to the client and responds to client needs.
- Mentors, trains, and coordinates laboratory activities of other team members and assists in troubleshooting instruments and analytical problems.
- Assists in designing method validation or method transfer protocols and establishing project timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field.
- 5+ years' GMP laboratory experience with LCMS instrumentation and complex data evaluation.
- Experience in Method Validation, Method Transfer, and Analytical testing.
- Detailed knowledge of method validation; method development is advantageous.
- Ability to plan, schedule, and execute work to ensure project completion.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
- Excellent attention to detail.
