This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Speech Therapist to join our dynamic team as we continue to deliver exceptional care to our clients. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough evaluations to assess and diagnose individuals with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties. You will develop treatment plans based on the evaluation and physician's orders, and continually assess and revise the plan as needed.
Responsibilities- Conduct home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Perform comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Implement interventions to address client goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote health, safety, and independent living.
- A current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the relevant state.
- Possess a certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
