Construction Project Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders and team members.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact delivery.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and company policies.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Experience in developing and analyzing project programs using Microsoft Project or similar tools.
- Ability to chair project meetings and produce accurate meeting minutes.
- Good understanding of Statutory Consents and Building Control Regulations processes.
