Senior Associate Solicitor– Planning and Environmental LawWe are looking for a talented Senior Associate Solicitor to join our highly regarded Planning and Environmental Law team. You will be responsible for managing challenging litigation and advisory pieces of work, interacting with clients and attending court.
The ideal candidate will have excellent drafting skills, strong organisational and time management skills, as well as a positive 'can do' attitude and approach to work.
- 6+ years' experience in a relevant field (although all suitably qualified candidates will be fully considered);
- Litigation experience, particularly in the field of judicial review;
- A strong commercial focus and business acumen;
- Ability to foster trusted relationships with clients;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
In this role you will contribute towards a rewarding and varied caseload. The successful candidate will gain invaluable experience in advising on challenges to planning decisions, managing Superior Court litigation and advising regulatory/licensing bodies on their enforcement powers.
