About the Role

  • We are seeking a skilled and motivated team leader to oversee the efficient operation of our store.
  • This individual will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer service, sales, and profit by leading by example and inspiring their team through passion and belief in our brand.
  • The Supervisor plays a key role in achieving these standards and will work closely with the management team to manage all personnel, product & merchandising functions, business processes and results for the store.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  1. Store Operations: Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor, achieving high levels of customer service, sales, and profit.
  2. Team Management: Support the management team, managing all personnel, product & merchandising functions, business processes, and results for the store.
  3. Communication: Clearly communicate marketing and sales promotions to staff.
  4. Sales Performance: Drive shop floor sales, exceeding store targets through motivating the team to achieve goals while offering an exemplary store journey.
  5. Culture: Foster a positive store experience by treating all customers and colleagues fairly and consistently.
  6. Training: Support the team in delivering the business strategy, ensuring everyone has received consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
  7. Achievements: Achieve company standards/goals for personal sales results: sales vs budgets, sales per hour, and units per transaction.
  8. Additional Duties: Perform manager-on-duty functions, manage store opening/closing functions, and the sales floor.
  9. Candidate Requirements: Focus staff on quality relationships with internal and external customers, building a repeat customer base by providing unparalleled spirited service.
  10. Work Environment: Work with the management team to build a talent pool for key positions, including possible successors.

About You

  • You'll have a previous track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand.
  • You'll have previous people management experience with the ability to resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements.
  • You'll be an effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with ease.
  • You'll be a team player who recognises and celebrates the contributions and achievements of others.
  • You'll be confident in giving feedback that promotes positive behavioural change.
  • You'll work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace.
  • You'll be energetic and authentic, showing a clear presence on the shop floor.
  • You'll approach all issues with a 'can do' attitude and act with initiative to find in-store solutions.
