Cpl Healthcare is recruiting an Inventory Management Specialist to support our business objectives.

Job Description:

Lead the inventory control team and ensure all operational activities are on track.

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive the inventory control program across the site for over 7,000 SKUs.
  2. Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues affecting inventory inaccuracy and partner with stakeholders to eliminate these issues.
  3. Improve processes to achieve best-in-class performance in efficiency and compliance.
  4. Support the Logistics Manager with analytical insights to drive improvements in logistics optimization.
Requirements:
  • Must have a degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, Engineering or a related discipline (QQI level 8).
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience within logistics or planning.
  • ERP system knowledge (preferably SAP) is essential.
  • Able to lead people effectively and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Planning and analytical skills with data analysis expertise.
