Job Title

We are expanding our Consulting practice and building our Technology team as a key component of our NextWave Strategy. Our strategy is to deliver long-term value to clients, people and society.

As a Technical Lead in our Technology team, you will work with the best people on the most complex financial service issues, helping to shape the future of financial services.

You will lead the technical delivery of banking projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time with high quality standards. This includes collaborating with solution architects, product owners, engineering and test leads to drive delivery.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Ensuring the successful completion of all major activities, tasks and deliverables pertaining to the requirement analysis and mapping stage.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans and track progress while managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Overseeing the implementation, development and testing of Credit and/or Core Banking systems.
  • Staying abreast of the latest Banking industry trends to drive innovation within the company.

We are looking for someone with 8+ years of strong experience in technical project management, with a focus on banking systems. You should have strong experience in stakeholder management and knowledge of IT Software Development Lifecycle methodologies (SDLC) majoring in Agile (Scrum/Kanban).

In addition, you should be able to build and manage relationships across business and technology stakeholders. A strong understanding of banking applications, architecture, and industry regulations is also required.
