HR Technology Project Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead technical delivery on large-scale HR technology transformation projects.

The Role:
  • Design and build Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors) to streamline business processes.
  • Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions that drive results.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define integration strategies that meet organisational objectives.
  • Oversee testing and deployment to ensure quality, performance, and data accuracy.
  • Manage data consistency and security across systems.
  • Mentor and guide a team of integration specialists to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Drive project delivery from planning through to implementation, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance teams to align strategic objectives.
The Person:
  • Senior/Managerial level experience in HR technology, with expertise in Workday integrations.
  • Background in HRIS, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and policies that support organisational growth.
  • Track record of delivering HR technology projects in large organisations, driving business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Oracle HCM, SAP Success Factors, Service Now, or UKG.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
