Lead HR Technology Transformation

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the delivery of large-scale HR technology transformation projects.

  • Develop and implement effective technical solutions for Workday integrations.
  • Translate business requirements into successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration strategies.
  • Oversee testing and deployment to ensure quality and performance.
  • Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and security across systems.
  • Mentor and guide a team of integration specialists.
  • Drive project delivery from planning through implementation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Senior level experience in HR technology with expertise in Workday integrations.
  • A background in HRIS or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and policies.
  • A track record of delivering HR technology projects in large organisations.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Oracle HCM, SAP Success Factors, Service Now, or UKG.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to engage stakeholders.
