Bar Operations Manager

About the Role:

  • Work collaboratively with the Bar Manager and Food and Beverage Team to oversee the operational aspects of the bar areas.
  • Ensure a consistent level of service quality, responding promptly to customer needs and preferences.
  • Responsible for preparing and setting up all areas prior to and after service hours.
  • Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  • Train and mentor staff to ensure compliance with established standards and protocols.
  • Oversee stock control and inventory management processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless financial management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
